How to Use the Warranty
Phone between 7am and 9pm with the repair date, the unit’s model and serial number, and a description of the symptom. A return visit is scheduled for the same day if possible, and the technician confirms the fault is covered. Some genuine parts also come with the maker’s own warranty.
